I randomly checked my bloggers and I found today that 100% of those checked have the message above. If I sign-in, the blog is reactivated but in my experience after a few days, it displays the message above again.
Does reactivating the blog a losing battle. Should I just go on creating more blogger blogs rather than saving/reactivating my old blogger blogs for linking purposes.
What do you usually do in this case?
I have a friend who had the same issue with his 300+ blogs. He resolved the issue by starting to access the blogs while behind anon proxies which resolved the issue.
Could it be Blogger (Now owned by G) is cross referencing ips from the logins in order to locate and eventually take action against blog networks used to boost links and so on?
Something to definately consider?

interesting. looks like im having luck in this arena. I created 200+ blogs, 1 subject, scraped articles, using a catchall, all from the same IP, same computer.
all 200+ are still alive from the past few weeks.
I only create 20 - 50 at a time though, and then dont for a few days.

hint... dont drop links in your posts... drop them on other parts of
the blog ... too bad youll have to code your own thing to do it...
Also keep in mind that blogger blogs are just for getting indexed, not
necessarily for ranking, and there are other ways to link to a site than
just a regular link... remember google follows more than just a href=""
... they follow img src="" ... they follow iframe src="" .. they follow
form action="" ... ... the blogs are new so it's not like theyre
gonna give you any quality links anyways...think outside teh box...
